This is Mike Geary’s program that is rated #1 by many experts. While his program is heavily weighted toward the exercise component of getting six pack abs, he gives plenty of advice on the diet side of things.
He is very anti “fad” diet and prefers to use common sense when devising an eating plan. His course actually gives you 84 different meals that not only eliminate body fat but gives you stores of energy.
He eliminates the need of “crave” eating, which he states is the number one reason we all put on weight, by using simple, tested strategies. He emphasises the need to have what he calls “mid meals”. These small meals virtually eliminate the need to crave eat.
His testimonial list is also exhaustive as is above and the majority of these are Mom and Dad people proving that his methods work for basically everyone. He comes out with some fairly outrageous claims but then backs it up with statistical data. That is a good thing in my book.
