This program, by Todd Scott who is a training adviser to Men’s Fitness Magazine, while a complete program aims more towards the physical side of losing weight as opposed to the dietary side. In saying that, his eating plans are no nonsense and can be implemented by anyone.

His greatest asset is his research into fad diets and relizing that they actually do you more harm than good. He is dead against any diet “drinks” to reduce body fat because these do nothing for the metabolism.

He also claims that he continues to eat and drink whatever he did before embarking on his journey but has mastered the principles in stopping the splurges from hindering his quest. That in itself should be worth the price of the course.

This is definately worth a read if only to enlighten you into getting ripped abs while still enjoying your favorite foods. It makes for interesting reading.
